Ilias and Athena’s garden colorful wedding in Athens was absolutely enchanting, filled with unique and vibrant details that make it truly special.

Athena has a penchant for patterns and textiles, so needless to say, this wedding would be anything but boring. We found further inspiration from Bride’s magazine and decided on a very layered, eclectic, and vibrant garden party style wedding for this celebration in their private family estate.

Agia Filothei church, where the ceremony took place, was covered with flower arches. Cocktail and dinner followed the patterns of custom made invitation design with embroidered napkins, tableware from Portugal, flower centerpieces with unique ceramic pots specially designed for the wedding and colorful blossoms across the family style tables.

The use of flowers in vibrant and light colors, along with bougainvillea, creates a distinctive and lively wedding decoration. Imagining these vibrant blooms against the backdrop of Athens likely made for a visually stunning and memorable celebration.

The dreamy yet simple wedding reception adorned with candle lights and classic pots with floral arrangements suggests an elegant and timeless atmosphere. The combination of candle lights and floral details adds a touch of romance and warmth to the reception, creating a charming and inviting setting.

It’s heartwarming to envision the couple enjoying every single moment, from their wedding ceremony to their romantic dinner in their backyard. This personal and intimate touch adds a special significance to their celebration, making it not only visually beautiful but emotionally meaningful.
